Ethiopia Guji
A natural processed Ethiopian coffee. Like you would expect, bit time fruity notes but maybe a little less lemony/acidic than some other Ethiopian coffees. More dark fruit like cherry/plum with some of that natural processed fermenty flavor as well. You might notice there isn't a dark roast option because that would be wrong :D
